All drivers must have a valid British Driving Licence.

Drivers aged 25-69 years - deposit required £250.  Full licence for 2 years.

Drivers aged 21- 25 may be accepted with an increased deposit.

Cargo requirements :

Drivers must be 25-69 years - deposit required £500.  Must have a Category C1 on driving licence.  Full licence for 2 years.

Driving licence must be shown on collection of vehicle, Photo Licence is a two part document, and both parts must be shown.  Licences must be free of endorsements, however, if licence is endorsed, please contact us for acceptance.

Hire terms include insurance cover, the hirer being responsible for the first £250 (Cargo £500)of any damage.

The rental and approximate mileage to be paid when booking.  Deposit to be paid on collection of vehicle.

Personal cheques must be accompanied by a current bank guarantee card. 

Fuel to be paid by hirer.

Late returns of vehicles chargeable at £5.00/hour.

Sunday and Bank Holiday collection MUST be before 9.00am or deemed cancelled without refund.

A £25.00 cancellation fee will be imposed if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of collection.

All vehicles are covered by AA and RAC.

Proof of ID must be shown on collection of all vehicles.
